Welcome to My New Money Blog

My name is Aled Evans and having learnt the hard way from life’s experiences, I have a passion to help people manage their finances sensibly in order to avoid the problems and misery associated with debt.

Hopefully, as I share my life’s experiences, including some costly mistakes and what I’ve learnt along the way, the information that I share with you on this blog will help you to enjoy the benefits of sensible money management, as well as avoiding the misery of debt.

While I don’t claim to be an expert on financial matters in any way, one would like to think that I have learnt a great deal from ‘the school of hard knocks’ and I have a great interest in all things concerning personal finance.

I feel passionate about the need to make personal finance a part of the school curriculum, as I believe that it is one of the most important subjects that one can teach our young citizens.

Indeed, I have made it my mission or crusade to try and help people of all ages to appreciate the wisdom of learning the basics through good old fashioned economic common sense, when it comes to managing your financial affairs. It can prevent a great deal of misery, as well as being the source of great satisfaction, as well as giving you great security for the rest of your life.

This simple act, implemented in about quarter of an hour has saved me £42 over the course of the coming year!

Don’t Let Those Discount Vouchers Go to Waste!
